The Condeco Wayfinder helps meeting attendees to quickly find the correct room for their meeting. The Wayfinder can be configured to show the details of current and upcoming meetings, the room name, room status and directions, for any selection of rooms in your building.
Show room availability
The Wayfinder can be configured to clearly show which rooms are free and which ones are busy, helping everyone to quickly find the right room for their meeting from a central point, such as a reception area

Portrait or landscape
Dependent on your space and screen device, you can configure the Wayfinder to run in portrait or landscape mode. The Wayfinder can run on any large format, high resolution screen.
Views
In meeting view, the Wayfinder displays details of each meeting in chronological order, the organizer’s name, and the name of the room with direction arrows; giving attendees all the information they require to find their meeting.
In room view, the Wayfinder shows a list of rooms with directions as well as meeting titles and hosts. It can also show the next meeting that follows. Rooms that are available are shown as such, with information about how long they are available for.
